My previous research addressed two broad topics: 1). the language development of CSL and 2). language plan and policy. The main research methods I am familiar with are psychometric, corpus and ethnography, and I can not only handle number but also text data related to human through R, an open-source software. I am a founder of a online language school (https://www.magicship.xyz/) and also responsible for its website management. My research interests include, but not limited to the following areas: school (online and language) management, talent management (human resources), and online startup (with low-cost).
